DRUDIT is a 24/7 web service composed of various tools for drug discovery:

- Multi-Target Affinity Evaluator
- Off-Target Affinity Evaluator
- External Target Affinity Evaluator
- Antiproliferative Activity Predictor (beta)
The system is supported by four servers, each capable of handling up to 10 simultaneous jobs. Excess jobs are queued. The software is implemented in C and JAVA and runs on macOS Mojave.
